We have a very simple policy, we don't charge tenants. That's it, no charges, fully compliant with tenancy legislation.
If you need something, a key copy when you have lost one, for example, we will arrange that at cost and provide a receipt if you want to see one.
Simply no costs at all to you as a tenant.

Business Manager for Landlords
We can assist you with your property as part of our business manager service. To do this we arrange for your property to be let with an external partner and then take over once you have a tenant.
For this we then collect the rent and manage the essentials of your property as you need it and to keep compliant. This keeps costs down and you in control.
We also offer included in the fee Making Tax Digital (MTD) compliant software so that you can keep on track with your HMRC responsibilities.
Please note we don't offer a full managed conventional let property service but we can certainly recommend excellent partner agents local to us.

Information for Landlords
All fees and percentages below are inclusive of VAT.
BUSINESS MANAGER PROPERTY ESSENTIALS
Monthly Rent Collection Fee 10.0%
New Tenancy Set-Up Fee 50% of the monthly rent (minimum £400.00)
Additional Services (Fee inc VAT)
Tenancy Renewal / Rent Review / Serving Notices £120.00
Visit Reports £90.00
Tenancy Deposit Registration / End-of-Year Tax Summary £72.00
Gas Safety / EPC / EICR / Legionella Testing / Inventory Reports / Additional Key Cutting
At invoice cost. An arrangement fee of £25.00 per invoice applies, in addition to the invoice cost.
All Other Services
At the prevailing hourly rate set out in the contract or notified to you before the work commences.
Client Money Protection & Redress
Client Money Protection: Your money is protected by our membership of Propertymark. Tournament Court, Edgehill Drive, Warwick, CV34 6LG.
Redress: We are a member of The Property Redress Scheme. Premiere House, 1st Floor, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1JH.
