I have been involved with PICS professional since July 2024 when I was asked to join by Claire Talbot and have been at the helm ever since.
I have worked in Client Account (Client Money Protection or CMP) since the early '90s on both sides of the fence either as an auditor or manging property businesses. I am qualified in accountancy (FMAAT), Property (FARLA) Service Charge Management (ATPI) and Mergers and Acquisitions (CMAA).
Claire has more than 20 years experience in the property business as well as a wealth of business management experience. Claire is also qualified in property management (MARLA) and mergers and acquisitions (CMAA).
Together we make a great team, we have 'seen it all' and know how to help even those businesses with the most difficult situations.
Claire has taken some well deserved time out, you might even call it a gap year, and we hope to be back working together in 2026.
